วันที่ 22 มีนาคม 2568 เวลา 10.00 น. ที่ว่าการอำเภอกะพ้อ ตำบลกะรุบี อำเภอกะพ้อ จังหวัดปัตตานี พลตรี วรเดช เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า พร้อมคณะผู้บังคับบัญชา ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์ภาพรวมในพื้นที่ โดยมีผู้บังคับบัญชา พร้อมคณะฝ่ายอำนวยการของ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า นายอำเภอ / ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการอำเภอ ปลัดอำเภอ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อกำชับเพิ่มมาตราการรักษาความปลอดภัยห้วงเดือนรอมฎอน โดยเฉพาะห้วง 10 วันสุดท้าย ให้รัดกุม รอบคอบและมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด
โอกาสนี้ พลตรี วรเดช เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ย้ำให้ทุกภาคส่วนบูรณาการขับเคลื่อนการแก้ไขปัญหาระดับนโยบายให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน โดยหน่วยเฉพาะกิจในพื้นที่ให้พิทักษ์กำลังพล เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็ง ในส่วนกำลังของสมาชิกกองอาสารักษาดินแดนจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ให้ดูแลประชาชนในพื้นที่บ้านเกิดให้ปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินทันท่วงทีในทุกสถานการณ์ กำชับให้ติดตามผู้กระทำผิดอย่างต่อเนื่อง และต้องดำเนินการอย่างถูกต้องตามขั้นตอนไม่ละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนเด็ดขาด หลังพบสถานการณ์ภาพรวมว่าผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรงยังคงสร้างสถานการณ์ก่อเหตุทุกรูปแบบในพื้นที่

On March 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the Kapho District Office, Karubi Subdistrict, Kapho District, Pattani Province, Major General Woradet Decharaksa, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Area / Deputy Director of ISOC Area 4, along with senior officers, visited the area to monitor the overall situation. They were accompanied by the commanding officers and management team from the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Area 4, the district chief, director of the district operations center, the district officer, department heads, and relevant personnel to enhance security measures during Ramadan, particularly during the last 10 days, ensuring thorough, meticulous, and efficient operations.
During this occasion, Major General Woradet Decharaksa emphasized the need for all sectors to integrate efforts to address policy issues in line with the current situation. Special task forces in the area were instructed to protect personnel and strengthen the local defense forces, especially the members of the Border Patrol Volunteers in the Southern Border Provinces, to ensure the safety of the people in their communities. They are tasked with safeguarding life and property in all situations. He also stressed the continuous monitoring of offenders, with strict adherence to legal procedures without violating human rights, as the overall situation shows that violent perpetrators continue to cause disturbances in various forms in the area.
Additionally, the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Area 4 emphasized the importance of collaboration with relevant agencies, especially religious leaders, local leaders, community leaders, and the public. The goal is for the people of the area to work together in ensuring the safety of their hometowns and addressing issues that meet the needs of the local population, ultimately leading to long-lasting peace in the Southern Border Provinces.
