วันที่ 3 มิถุนายน 2568 เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยปฏิบัติการพิเศษร่วมจังหวัดนราธิวาส ได้ดำเนินการบังคับใช้กฎหมายในพื้นที่อำเภอตากใบ จังหวัดนราธิวาส เพื่อติดตามคนร้ายในคดีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเหตุความรุนแรงในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ได้เชิญผู้นำชุมชน ผู้นำศาสนา และเครือญาติของบุคคลต้องสงสัย เข้าร่วมสังเกตการณ์ เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจและความโปร่งใสในทุกขั้นตอน โดยในพื้นที่ หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลพร่อน อำเภอตากใบ จังหวัดนราธิวาส ควบคุมตัว นายอาซูวัน (สงวนนามสกุล) ผู้ต้องสงสัย และตรวจยึดสิ่งของภายในบ้าน ที่สำคัญประกอบด้วย

1. กระสุนปืน ขนาด 9 มม. ยี่ห้อ NRC LUGER จำนวน 21 นัด
2. กระสุนปืน ขนาด 5.56 จำนวน 20 นัด
3. อาวุธปืนยาว ไทยประดิษฐ์ ขนาด .22
4. กล่องใส่กระสุนปืน ขนาด 380

ภายหลังจากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่ได้เชิญตัว นายอาซูวันฯ ไปยังสถานีตำรวจภูธรตากใบ เพื่อลงบันทึกประจำวัน ก่อนนำส่งโรงพยาบาลเพื่อทำการตรวจร่างกาย และจากนั้นจะส่งตัวไปยังศูนย์ซักถาม หน่วยเฉพาะกิจกรมทหารพรานที่ 46 เพื่อเข้าสู่กระบวนการซักถาม ต่อไป

ทุกขั้นตอนของการตรวจค้นและควบคุมตัวดำเนินไปอย่างรอบคอบ ภายใต้หลักนิติธรรม ความยุติธรรม และคำนึงถึงสิทธิมนุษยชนของผู้ต้องสงสัยอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยเจ้าหน้าที่เปิดโอกาสให้ญาติและผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้รับทราบกระบวนการอย่างใกล้ชิด ทั้งนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ ได้เร่งรัดติดตามความคืบหน้าในทุกคดีที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่อย่างจริงจัง โดยจะดำเนินการทุกคดีที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วยความจริงจัง รอบคอบ และไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้ทุกฝ่ายได้รับความเป็นธรรมอย่างเท่าเทียม

กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ขอความร่วมมือพี่น้องประชาชน หากพบบุคคลต้องสงสัยเข้ามาเคลื่อนไหวในพื้นที่ สามารถแจ้งได้ที่หมายเลขโทรศัพท์สายตรง แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 โทร 061-1732999 หรือเบอร์สายด่วน กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 สน. 1341 และหน่วยเฉพาะกิจในพื้นที่ได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง รวมทั้งขอเรียนให้ทราบว่าผู้ให้การสนับสนุนผู้กระทำผิดด้วยวิธีการต่าง ๆ เช่น การนำพาซ่อนเร้น การให้การสนับสนุนที่พักพิง หรือการสนับสนุนเสบียงอาหาร จะมีความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 189 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 2 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Law enforcement officers in Tak Bai District, Narathiwat Province, have discovered multiple weapons and ammunition.

Today (3 June 2025), a joint special operations unit in Narathiwat Province conducted a law enforcement operation in Tak Bai District to pursue suspects involved in violent incidents in Thailand’s southern border provinces. Community leaders, religious figures, and relatives of the suspect were invited to observe the operation to ensure transparency and public confidence in the process.

In Village No. 5, Phon Subdistrict, Tak Bai District, Narathiwat Province, authorities detained Mr. Azuwan (surname withheld), a suspect, and seized the following key items from his residence:

21 rounds of 9mm ammunition, NRC LUGER brand

20 rounds of 5.56mm ammunition

A locally made .22 caliber rifle

A .380 caliber ammunition box

Mr. Azuwan was then taken to the Tak Bai Police Station for an official report, followed by a medical examination at the hospital. He will subsequently be transferred to the interrogation center at Task Force Ranger Regiment 46 for further questioning.

All search and arrest procedures were conducted carefully, adhering strictly to the principles of the rule of law, justice, and human rights. Authorities ensured that family members and concerned parties could closely observe the entire process. Officials are expediting progress on all related cases in the area with determination and impartiality, ensuring equal justice for all.

The Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Region 4 Forward Command urges the public to report any suspicious individuals operating in their communities. Reports can be made through the direct line to the Region 4 Commander/Director of ISOC Region 4 at 061-1732999, the ISOC Region 4 Forward Command hotline at 1341, or to local task force units 24 hours a day.

The public is also reminded that anyone who supports offenders—such as by hiding them, providing shelter, or supplying food—may face legal action under Section 189 of the Criminal Code, punishable by up to 2 years in prison, a fine of up to 40,000 Baht, or both.
